This study examines the implementation of periodic maintenance and pavement reconstruction on the Palimanan–Kanci Toll Road through the Scrapping, Filling, and Overlay (SFO) method. The analysis highlights planning procedures, construction execution, and challenges encountered in the field, including pavement condition, traffic management, and stakeholder coordination. The findings demonstrate that proper method selection and thorough planning significantly influence project performance, while operational constraints remain critical factors requiring careful management. The results provide strategic insights for improving toll road maintenance practices and strengthening infrastructure management in Indonesia.
