4. Publisher / Journal Management Ethics

  • The journal management ensures that all publication processes follow academic ethical standards.

  • Management supports editors and reviewers in maintaining the integrity of the peer-review process.

  • Management must prevent and address all forms of publication misconduct.

  • The publisher guarantees no conflicts of interest influence editorial decisions.

5. Handling of Ethical Misconduct

EICSTEM will address all forms of ethical violations, including:

  • Plagiarism

  • Data fabrication or falsification

  • Duplicate publication

  • Copyright infringement

  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest

Possible actions include warnings, rejection, article retraction, or temporary/permanent author banning.
