ANALISIS TERAPI LEARNING PSIKOSUFISTIK DALAM PENGUATAN SPRITUAL

Abstrak

Islamic spiritual healing practices such as ruqyah syar’iyyah, cupping therapy (bekam), and tibb al-nabawi are strongly rooted in the Qur’an and Hadith. These practices serve not only as methods of spiritual healing but also as forms of spiritual learning and preventive approaches to psychological and spiritual disorders. Furthermore, they contribute to the development of mental and spiritual resilience within the framework of Sufism psychotherapy and holistic Islamic healing.

This study aims to explore how these Islamic healing methods may enrich Sufistic studies, particularly in understanding and applying concepts of inner spiritual development in holistic healing that integrates both spiritual and physical dimensions. The research employs a narrative literature review method using primary sources such as the Qur’an and Hadith, as well as secondary sources derived from classical and contemporary Islamic literature.

The findings indicate that these healing practices function not only as spiritual therapies for psychological and spiritual well-being, but also as means of strengthening one’s relationship with Allah through dhikr therapy, spiritual contemplation, and reflective practices. Therefore, these methods are relevant for application within the fields of Sufism, psychospiritual therapy, holistic Islamic education, and dhikr-based learning.
