Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan pendekatan teologi dan teknologi dalam manajemen konstruksi untuk menilai kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan efisiensi operasional, integritas kerja, dan keberlanjutan proyek. Kajian dilakukan melalui studi pustaka yang meliputi analisis artikel ilmiah, buku, serta laporan proyek yang memanfaatkan teknologi modern seperti Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), dan sistem manajemen terintegrasi.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelaah penelitian terdahulu, mengkaji studi kasus proyek berskala besar, dan meninjau dokumen yang berkaitan dengan etika teologis dalam pengambilan keputusan di sektor konstruksi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai teologis—seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, keadilan, serta kepedulian terhadap lingkungan—mampu memperkuat praktik manajemen konstruksi yang berbasis etika dan integritas. Pada saat yang sama, teknologi konstruksi berperan dalam meningkatkan ketelitian desain, keselamatan tenaga kerja, transparansi proses, serta efektivitas penggunaan sumber daya.
Sinergi antara pendekatan teologis dan teknologi tersebut memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proyek, performa konstruksi, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, terdapat sejumlah hambatan, meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, biaya implementasi teknologi yang relatif tinggi, serta rendahnya pemahaman mengenai etika spiritual dalam industri konstruksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan profesional, penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan, serta perumusan kebijakan etis yang berlandaskan prinsip teologis untuk memperkuat manajemen konstruksi yang lebih komprehensif dan berkelanjutan.
